Zhou Chucai
Zhou Chucai, an expert in the field of research and development and application technology of China's small laminating machine, is a visiting professor of the College of Applied Science and Technology of Beijing Union University, a director of the Industry-University-Research Branch of the China Future Research Association, a Distinguished Research Fellow of the Academic Committee of the Chinese Academy of Management Science, and a chief expert of the Institute of Industry Development of the Chinese Academy of Management Science.
Since 2001, Zhou Chucai has focused on the research and development and application of graphic printing technology, especially equipment, and his innovative achievements have had a profound impact on the industry. In 2007, he invented the small laminating machine to break the limitation of laminating technology relying on large manufacturers, so that the laminating process can be rapidly popularized. In 2020, he invented the automatic identification operation and control method of the intelligent temperature-controlled laminating machine, which changed the status quo of traditional lamination that workers must be trained before operating the machine, and solved the employment problem in the industry. By 2023, Zhou Chucai innovated again and invented a bearing sleeve that can be quickly assembled by hand, which changed the status quo that special tools and technicians are required for bearing installation, so that non-professional workers can easily complete the bearing installation, and it is possible for users to replace bearings by themselves. Zhou Chucai has possessed a wide range of innovative technologies, applied for nearly 30 national patents, and won national, provincial, municipal and county awards repeatedly. He has been named "Craftsman of Yancheng", "Star of Learning for the People of Fujian Province" and "Industry Leader of China Cberi Prize". His achievements and influence have been widely reported by CCTV, Central New Film, provincial and municipal dailies and other media. He has also been awarded the Order of the King of the Kingdom of Thailand, the Lesotho Friendship Medal and the Namibia Friendship Medal, and has demonstrated his influence and contribution to the international arena by serving as a scientific and technological advisor to the Embassy of the Republic of Madagascar in China and an honorary advisor to the Embassy of the Central African Republic in China.
周初材
周初材，中国小覆膜机研发与应用科技领域专家，北京联合大学应用科技学院客座教授，中国未来研究会产学研分会理事，中国管理科学研究院学术委员会特约研究员、行业发展研究所首席专家。
自2001年起，周初材专注于图文打印科技特别是设备的研发与应用，其创新成果在行业内产生了深远影响。2007年，他发明的小覆膜机打破了覆膜技术依赖大型厂家的局限，使覆膜工艺得以迅速普及。2020年，他发明智能控温覆膜机的自动识别操作和控制方法，改变传统覆膜须先培训、后上机的现状，解决行业用工难题。到2023年，周初材再次创新，发明了一种可徒手快装的轴承套，改变轴承安装须专用工具和技工的现状，使非专业工人也能轻松完成安装，用户自行更换成为可能。周初材拥有众多创新技术，申请国家专利近30项，多次荣获全国、省、市、县级奖项。他被评为“岩城工匠”、“福建省百姓学习之星”以及“中国斯贝瑞奖行业领军人物”。周初材的成就及其影响力获得了中央电视台、中央新影、省市日报等多家媒体的广泛报道。他还获得了泰王国国王勋章、莱索托友谊奖章和纳米比亚友谊奖章，同时担任马达加斯加共和国驻华大使馆的科技顾问，中非共和国驻华大使馆的名誉顾问等职位，展现了其在国际舞台上的影响力和贡献。
